MDF
It is known as the density fiberboard, which is by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fiber, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure. The density of mdf differ a lot,the thinner one with a higher density,the thicker mdf with a lower density.The nominal density of the medium density fiberboard range is 630kg / m3--880kg / m3
